JASON, in Cameron Park Office is great, his customer service is great! he explains company and what he could do for me, as i am elderly! I highly recomend him for a Bonus! He is the best He can handle 2 or more customers at once with no problem! I would like to see him stay in Cameron park!

Was forced to replace my great old LG with this junk. It only has signal until you use it then calls drop in 2 or 3 minutes. It may come back right away or in half an hour. Until you use it, then repeat. It lives on the charger as the battery is terrible. Good luck if you miss a call or text. You may not know for hours if at all. There is no option for repeat alerts that works. Texting is slow because the keys can't keep up. Don't bother with live chat or calling for help. They don't know what to do so you just get ignored. Was never upset about paying my bill until I got this phone. I doubt that this will ever get published but it worth a try if it keeps someone else from getting stuck with a truly lousy excuse for a phone. Shame on you verizon for even offering this crap

battery won't stay charged. Can't call out or receive. Can't send a text or receive. Won't even work when i go into the city. So much for a simple phone for the road.

Can not get text messages all the time. Found out two friends texted me and asked why I didn’t respond easy I never received their texts. To make matters worse I can not send text messages. I insert the name and number and text does not send. I had a wonderful useful LG phone which worked fine for me needs and was forced to replace it with this piece of junk. I am going tomorrow to the Verizon store and see what I can do. I went to the Verizon store last week and the technician worked on it for 15 minutes and could not fix. He said to come back this week and he will try to fix again.

Ring and speaker volume is way to soft

We had to get a new phone for our grandmother as the network for her current Flip phone is being phased out at the end of the year (2022). This phone is “ok” but the sound is awful. The ringer and speakers (both ear and speaker) are WAY too quiet. The volume/sound settings actually only go up to 7! I want back to a store and got a TCL is much louder.

Why in the heck can't a phone company sell a phone that works correctly. LG was awesome. All these other flip phones are junk. We've already turned in a different flip phone for this one. I set it up the way it is supposed to be set up .... at the direction of the Verizon store employee, and it still does not do what it is supposed to do. Sooooo frustrating. My husband does not want a Smart phone so we have to struggle with these junk choices.

I bought this for my mom and have had nothing but problems with it culminating in the phone completely dying after 6 months. We had no choices at the time of purchase and would never have bought such a hard-to-use phone - especially for a senior.

Doesn't hold charge, doesn't always notify for messages, has never notified for voicemail, notifies for no reason and the letter buttons needs to be pressed numerous times to get the correct letter when texting. What a piece of crap!!!!!
