Worked ok while it worked. Had it for about 2 years, with very infrequent use. Just booted it up as a need has again arisen, and it is stuck on step 2 of 2 on a software update. Have rebooted, yanked battery, held reset button, etc. and same thing. Support just had me do the same things again, didn't have any better solution. I guess its just a brick now. Definitely didn't get my money's worth out of this one.

I have had the same box for over 3 years and it is still going strong. I live in the middle of nowhere and I am able to stream with no issues; live streams work well also. Multiple devices can be connected and it doesn't slow down. I have looked for newer/better devices and can't find one. I don't understand all the negative reviews; I haven't had one problem with mine.

I've only had mine for just over a year and the battery crapped out. Plug it in and it boots up to the batter dead screen and says "charging" but doesn't take a charge and you can't use it while plugged in. Basically a paper weight.

Complete waste of money. It worked for less than 3 years. Bricked while charging. Made it to 80%, then quit. Won't turn on or charge. Tried a battery pull and using the reset button, nothing. Verizon just tries to sell me a new one. All the ones that they carry have terrible reviews. May be time to go to a different carrier.

This mifi box works about 15% of the time, even with great 4G or 5G service. Totally a waste of money, and I do not recommend.

Been using this device for about 4 years. We are able to use a computer and stream on tv like Prime, Hulu, Youtube and many more.

Can you leave it plugged in and on continuously. The one I have now stops charging at 100% and won't start charging again until you unplug it and plug it back in.

You can technically leave it plugged in however it is not recommended to do so 24/7. Continuous charging can degrade the lithium-ion battery over time, leading to reduced battery capacity or potential swelling. -Toni
