i would return if there wasn't a $50 "restocking fee" since this didn't even cost that. The power bank won't even charge past level 2 of 4.. i'll use only in emergency situations and buy something of better quality for day to day. The point of these are mainly for travel and if it's not fully charged what's the point!?
