I started having overheating issues with the charger within a month from purchase date. It would overheat itself and my phone within 10 minutes of charging and then it gets stuck in on/off loop until you disconnect it. Tried multiple adapters and 12v sockets, magsafe cases and without the case, same issue persist. Opened a warranty claim. Instead of sending a QR code with a prepaid shipping label that USPS can just scan, i was sent an email with a PDF label attached. Now I had to find a printer, because I don’t own one, and print it. Ok no problem, drove to a closest FEDEX store to print it. Well, label is not properly sized. Now I had to waste another hour driving back home, resizing the pdf label to a proper small format and drive back to print it and then off to usps to send it back. All of this time, gas and money wasted could have been avoided with a simple QR code. So instead of doing all of that, I threw the charger away right at the fedex store. Thanks Anker!

Just got it and it is not compatible with Samsung. Won't hold phone even when I take the case off the phone. Just reread the description online and no where does it say it only works with Iphones. Box it came in says only works with Iphones.
