I had a set of these that came with an iPhone 8 years ago. I damaged them and needed a new set. The AirPods I bought from Verizon were just as expected.

The microphone stopped working after 2 months and verizon only allows returns for 30 days. This product should last long than 2 months and there should be a better warranty.

The Sound is Perfect, & helpful in crowded places, I just play my music to redirect my mind, and I use them at night to sleep. Helps with Anxiety/Too many thoughts. You have just one. How awesome your music sounds

I often listen to audio books in bed at night and I can turn over and listen on my side without these being too intrusive. The sound is perfect for books. I rarely listen to music so couldn't rate for that. I walk with them and what I like is that I don't have the bother of having to recharge them as you would with the new ear buds. That's why I chose them. It had nothing to do with cost.
