We have not had this phone a month and we have discovered that calls are often not going through when we are standing right to them using another phone trying to call. It is random and not related to service as the phones we are using to call this phone are also verizon.

Really good phone. It’s pretty light compared to the pro maxes I’ve had in the past, I also like the color options on it and the GB space. Battery life is nice it last me almost the whole day and I’m on it a lot because of work

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Coming from somebody who usually gets the Pro models, I do like the iPhone Air. It’s odd holding a phone so thin, and I was very critical of the phone when I saw it announced. When you compare it to current and older models, it is arguably a worse deal but that doesn’t make it a bad phone. Don’t buy it if you know you play a lot of games or if you value the best cameras. The only thing I miss is the ultra wide lens, it was much more useful to me than I realized. The single amplified earpiece speaker is good enough for YouTube or social media, the single camera is good enough for point and shoot, the battery is great despite what Youtube reviews suggest. I plug it in for CarPlay on a 30-45 minute commute and I’m sitting at home after a full day with 70%. I spent about 20-30 minutes playing with the dogs and running the camera the whole time taking pictures and videos. Honestly it’s what the iPhone 16e should have been. It has MagSafe where the 16e does not, camera control “sensor button not a button whatever”, ProMotion screen, incredible outdoor brightness. It’s the perfect “basic” smartphone, it does the job it needs to do. Even if you can get the Pro models for free with bill credits on a deal, the Air is still worth a look.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

My new iPhone 17 Air has it's positives & negatives. The overall size is excellent especially the thickness as is the lighter weight but the battery seems to be the weak link. Before I know it I'm at 50-60% & still have more than half the day / evening remaining. I've yet to see if I can make it from the time I awake until the time I go to sleep but I know it will be very close.

The worst customer service

The upgrade process here is a mess. Hardly any communication and can’t talk to anyone, just chat. Outsourced and incompetent customer service - several folks didn’t do anything they claimed they did only to waste hours repeating myself. I should’ve left instead of upgrading. As for the phone, it’s just ok.
