Worst phone company i ever use. Customer service not trained to answer questions. When u upgrade the system would add to your order makes hard time getting it off

I bought this pencil that was supposed to be compatible with the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (6th Generation), per Verizon, but it didn't work when I received it. I called Apple, and they informed me that the pencil is only compatible with the newer iPads that were released 2 months ago. Verizon, please update your compatibility information. Per Apple's compatibility list this pencil is only compatible with with these iPad models: iPad Pro 13-inch (M4) iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) iPad Air 13-inch (M2) iPad Air 11-inch (M2)
