Bogus charges on my bill!

I have been being charged for a phone number that I did'nt ask for and that I DO NOT HAVE! There are only 2 of us in my household. We don't have any reason to have a 3rd line. I have been deducting that amount from my bill. I have been to 2 different Verizon Stores and have talked to several representatives on the phone and no one will remove this extra line from my bill. I will keep deducting this charge until they decide to take me to court and cut off my service. I don't care. I'm thinking about changing providers anyway and they can just eat the balance on my account. I won a case back in the day against a cell phone company called SunCom. I have access to free legal representation because I have 3 attorneys in my family, a son, a stepdaughter and a brother-in-law. Bring it on Verizon. I'm sick and tired of trying to get this fraudulent charge off my freaking bill!!!

Te terrible experience with Verizon. I called customer service to update my existing phone was told everything would be the same there would be no hidden fees and no charges. When I got the phone and went to the Verizon store to have all my information changed there was a fee they charged which I was told there wouldn't be and they had increased my bill over $100 for the same plan. I've ended up going back three times before I could get the problems solved I was charged one time fee of over $200 to get the problem taken care of. Unfortunately the people I dealt with are not truthful and we're not at all helpful and if there was anyway I could change companies I would.

I did not order the BoostCharge USB-A Cable with Lightning Connector, 1M. I received two charging cords few weeks ago and tried to find out where they came from! I couldn't find a charge on any chg. accounts. I took them to Verizon in Albany, Ga. The gentleman told me he had no idea what they were or where they came from and advised me to return them because it could be spam! I returned them thru USPS!
