Immediately gathered superficial scratches within 1 month. Got a crack in the corner. Requested a warranty from Belkin and got a canned reply x2 that it damage was “normal wear and tear” and not due to workmanship so not eligible for a replacement. Not worth the exorbitant cost. Avoid.

Bad sizing of Glass Unfortunately

the store ops people were great. Install is flawless, but the glass is definitely the incorrect size. also, I noticed on the paper afterwards, it was for a 14 & 15 in different models. it didn't say 16 Pro

Even though it’s a bit thick, the screen broke when I dropped it. This is 2 weeks into owning it. I now have to file a damage claim.

It makes the screen too dark, can’t read it or hit the right button unless directly facing it (=hard to hit alarm snooze) and somehow it puts in wrong letters when I type, creating chaos like a storm. I wish I never got it. Adjusting the brightness uses up the battery and resets to the darker screen automatically after each use.

Don't like that I can't see the phone when it is sitting on my desk. Wouldn't buy again and may have to change it out.
