Inspire 3 appears to track heartbeat in the middle numbers. But if your heartbeat is relatively high or low this tracker is wildly inaccurate. Also, sleep results are hit or miss. The Fitbit company will help you reset and reset and reset. Hours on the phone. This will not help. And unless your device has melted down, there will be no replacement.

I didn’t know it would require two separate apps and a subscription for it to be beneficial. I’m going back to my Apple Watch.

So far I like this Fitbit. It monitors my activity and my vitals. It keeps track of my sleep patterns. I am planning to order different bands, the silicone bands cause too much sweating in the summer months. I have had it for a full week now and have not had to charge it yet since first charging right after it arrived. Also you can change the face of it to be customized to your watch preference.

Does everything it says it does. Handy for counting calories, fasting, tracking carbs / fat / protein, water intake, staying active at work, steps, heart rate, sleep activity, and the 6 months free subscription comes in handy. You do not have to activate the free trial right away, either. Connects through Health Connect and Google Fit. Wish it would connect to my CGM, but no worries. I hope to lose the CGM anyway.

This was my treat for myself for getting back on my diet.
It took me a few minutes to get set up and was easy to hook to my phone.
I love that I’m able to track my steps throughout the day and see how active I’ve been.
My wrist is kind of fat, but this fits well and was adjustable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the simple design of it and being able to use the app. It counts my steps, tells me when I've been too lazy and reminds me to get active and my sleep scores. I work from home and I am constantly sitting in front of a computer, so I use the fitbit to help me get my steps in and remind myself to get acrive during breaks. I also have trouble sleeping and many restless nights, I like that it tracks and keeps score of my sleep. I would definitely recommend the Fitbit 3 Inspire to everyone. I also plan on getting my kids and husband one.

Wheelchair, the Fitbit Flex has been considered a viable alternative wheelchair fitness tracker. It counts any movement as 'steps', including the arm movements required to propel a wheelchair forward.
