It seems not as user friendly as the last one I owned a few years ago. I think they are pushing the monthly fee more and not everything is as availbale as it once was without paying that. I probably need to spend more time with it to see all it does.

Watch was defective - kept notifying me I've reached my step goal with every step I took even though I had contacted Fitbit cust svc to make sure I had turned off notifications properly which I had just like my previous watch - versa 3. Previous Fitbit watch worked perfectly fine....this one I was told it was defective by Fitbit custvsvc so sent back on Dec 14th - still have yet to receive confirmation that item was returned successfully with returned label provided by Verizon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fitbit Versa 4 is really a great smartwatch/fitness tracker. They look is modern and attractive. My significant wears it everyday without fail and is always going on about her activity. It holds a charge all day and then some. You can do competitions with other people. The app is streamlined and easy to use. We set the watch and app up in less than 30 minutes. It’s really nice to look at your wrist and have your activity and its benefits right there for you to see.

The watch kept disconnecting from bluetooth hence messages or phone calls may or may not come through. Band is awkward and caused my wrist to turn red.

Great for a basic Fitness tracker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch checks all the boxes for a fitness tracker. If you are tracking basic fitness/sleep/etc this is a great option. If you are looking to track in depth workouts/sleep/longer battery life I believe there are better options. I ended up giving this to my Mother in law who loves it!
