It integrates seamlessly into your smart home, working with Google Assistant and Gemini for Home¹, and is also compatible with Alexa, so you can check your feed using just your voice. See the bigger picture in stunning detail with its 2K sensor and HDR imaging², which delivers bright, crisp video day or night. The wide 152 degree diagonal field of view lets you see more of your property, while the 6x digital zoom allows you to get a closer look at any activity. Keep watch 24/7 with live view, and review what you've missed with up to 3 hours of included event video previews³. Engage in clear conversations with visitors using the high-quality speaker and microphone, which features full-duplex 2-way audio and noise cancellation. This camera is thoughtfully designed, made with at least 26% recycled materials4 and shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging⁵. Built for the outdoors, it's designed to withstand the elements with IP65 water and dust resistance⁶ and operates reliably in temperatures from −4∘F to 104∘F. On-device machine learning, secure boot, and 128-bit AES encryption provide enhanced security and peace of mind. This product includes a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty.

We already use other Nest products so it was very easy to add it to our app. The camera quality is good and you don’t need a subscription unless you want longer save history for your events. I also like that the camera uses a magnet to stick to the mount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install with the app. Has great features like zooming in and night vision. Very clear picture. Love that the cord is long, as it makes it easier to hang at a higher height or at a further distance. I love that it is small and compact with a nice modern style. For us, we were able to use it closer to our home then oit a distance. I would assume our signal isn't strong enough for this to go further, as we live in a rural area. Overall, it is a fantastic device. I could not rate it higher only because we could not get it to work except if it was right by our front door. But I don't believe it to be a fault of the device but our internet connection. Would still highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Nest Cam Wired Outdoor in exchange for my honest feedback, and I have to say it’s been a great experience. The install was so simple my kid actually set it up for me, and the app made the whole process straightforward. The video quality is crystal clear, both day and night, so I can easily see faces and small details. Even though it’s designed for outdoors, I’ve found it works just as well inside if you need a baby monitor or want to check in on an elderly family member while you’re at work. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can quickly pull up the live feed and make sure everything’s okay. Overall, it’s reliable, easy to use, and versatile enough to cover more than just home security. The camera is wired so unless you expect your power to go out all the time this is a non issue.

The camera's quality is excellent, offering a wide view of my entire backyard. The power cord is long enough to reach my chosen location. I highly recommend it — a must-have for peace of mind when I'm away from home. You don't need to buy a storage subscription if you don't want to, as it provides a free event video preview that records up to 10 seconds of footage from the past 6 hours.
