I bought this about a month ago and the hard outer layer of the case started cracking almost immediately. It has now cracked in so many places that it's completely come off and I'm left with just the rubber layer.

I purchased a brand new iPhone at the end of May first of June OF THIS YEAR. The Verizon retailer person highly recommended this particular case for my phone. JUNK!!!!!!! It isn't even three months old and it's cracked in THREE PLACES. CRACKED! What kind of phone case/cover does that? Waste. Of. Money.

I bought this case cause I have one on my galaxy s8+ I had one on my s7, and I have dropped both those phones and they stood up to accidental drops very well, This is the case you want ! it has a dual layer protection a softer rubber inside to protect against shocks and a harder outer shell to protect against the hard ground, anyway I don't know about the colored cases like in the other review cause I get the black case, I don't need anyone seeing a bright case advertising my phone.
I Like it cause it offers good protection with a slim design so it is easy to fit in a pocket and handle.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

PURCHASED ON 11/18/17. LOOKED GREAT ONLINE, LOOKED GREAT ON THE PHONE, AFTER 2-3 WEEKS (WITHOUT DROPPING IT) IT STARTED WEARING - SEE PICS, ONLY COMES WITH 14DAY RETURN POLICY... IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE THIS, SEE PICTURES, THESE ARE ALL WEAR MARKS... I DO NOT DO MANY REVIEWS, BUT THIS WAS WORTH THE TIME SPENT TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER AND TO WARN OTHERS.
If you're looking for a low profile case for your iPhone 7+ right now. This is probably as good as it gets.

Overall this case is exactly what I was looking for. With my 25% discount this case was more than affordable. I pre-ordered my black iPhone 7+ and received it on launch day. There were very few options online, and all of the cases I wanted weren't going to ship until 12/18. So I decided to go to Verizon. Picked up this case to make sure my phone stays in perfect condition. Once the LifeProof Nuud case is released I will purchase that case. Even though this phone is water resistant, it's not waterproof. Better safe than sorry. I give the case 4/5 stars due to the fact that the rubber bumper doesn't fit as tight as I want it to.
