Additionally, the USB port is designed exclusively for connecting a USB storage device to enable MP3 file playback and is available in US version. For other versions, USB is for Service only.

Thanks for your question. There is no harm in using the JBL Authentics 300 while it's charging. The battery will not overcharge since our products have PCM circuits that manage the charging of the battery. However, it may take additional time to get a full battery if used while plugged in.

You say that the model 300 produces stereo sound, but I noticed this capability is not stated in the 'general specifications' list like it is for the model 200. Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Authentics 300 cannot be paired with a similar speaker model and produce stereo sound. But you can place multiple JBL Authentics speakers throughout your home and using the Google Home app or Amazon Alexa app, you can set the mood in every room by connecting two or more speakers to a single playlist and getting everybody moving to the same beat.

Our JBL Authentics 300 isn't waterproof as it doesn't have an IP Rating.
