Auto off feature make it unusable

The "auto off" feature is very problematic. It requires me to restart the headphones every few minutes. Unfortunately, I found that the apps do not support this model for changing the auto-off feature.

Let's isolate the issue by resetting the unit to factory default settings by following this step : Press and hold the volume (+) and volume (-) buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Superb Quality

I both have the Endurance Run and Endurance Run 2 and both earphones have been exceptional! The build quality, sound quality, and comfort are the main reason why I still use them and to be honest, I prefer using it than my airpods pro 2 because I can use this all day without hurting my ears.

Does the Endurance Run 2 still have the magnets?

Looking at the Endurance Run 2's, and was wondering how long the cord is, as I need it to be able to plug into a remote and set it down on the couch without it tugging on my ears.
