Thank you for your question. We tested our JBL Soundgear Sense and used the multipoint connection feature. When on a call on Phone A, if there is an incoming call on Phone B, the call will not switch; it will remain on Phone A, and the sound from Phone B will go to the speakerphone. The call on Phone A will neither be put on hold nor turned off.

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Soundgear Sense can be paired with two devices at the same time through multipoint connection, but it can only play audio or handle calls from one device at a time. You would need to pause or end the activity on one device before switching to the other.
