one side just stop working after a week, if I wiggle the wired or hold it a certain way it will play, but who wants to be holding a wire a certain way all day.

Earbuds have great sound and fit perfect. Not happy with the paper cover over the speaker vs most have a metal mesh. Easy process to request warrenty coverage due to one speaker stopped working. Fast response with instructions and code. Fast replacement.

These are the best earphones I have ever owned. I purchased my first set two years ago and they still work. I'm purchasing another pair for my other laptop, but the old pair is going strong. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of times that I have accidentally pulled in them, say or then, or yanked them, and they still work. Unbelievable!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am very Happy with the Earbuds! one minor comment the ear plugs are both too big for my ears , they don't fit into my ear canals very well, they are always falling out. I mentioned this to store employee they said it is the smallest they have. after seeing a friends theirs are smaller and more comfortable .
