The product was not in the box. I spoke with store they advised I reach out to the 1-800 number for further assistance, at which time I was advised the item would not only be replaced but I would be refunded, NONE of which has happened at this juncture.

Bought the case a month ago and the color mint changed drastically I know it gets dirty quick but it’s not even dirt it just looks awful. Verizon said they won’t be able to exchange so $40 down the drain.

The color and message is really cute. Love the Charm Bracelet. It does slip off my car magnetic holster so I’m not too sure about the MagSafe feature. Then again it could just be my holster 🤷🏾♀️
