This came in along with my ultra-short-throw projector, as the speakers on the projectors were not that great. The color schema of the speaker is awesome, and the bass and treble is really satisfying. The battery life is pretty good enough as well.

I had a small Bluetooth speaker that I bought online and used for awhile, but the battery life was meager, at best. I bought two of these speakers - you can link up to 100 of them to create a full sound field - for use in my new workshop until it is completed and has all of its systems installed, and for around the pool. The sound quality is great, the app control is great, the battery life is simply stellar it lasts for 18 hours easily with constant usage. Cannot recommend this speaker system enough.

Buggy with ASUS and Davinci

Overall the speaker meets most of my PC experience needs: However I work from two different PCs (Work and Personal). When plugging in the device for charging: I keep getting the USB device is not recognized and it affects the success of my BT connection. Secondly: I use Davinci Resolve and if I have the speaker connected. as soon as I start the application, the speaker is disabled. I'm not able to connect or use the speaker when I'm working in Davinci Resolve. I've looked to see if there are any support or software updates that might exist in case it that might fix. There are non on the LG site. and there are no known issues on the Davinci site. Other than that, the sound and counstruction quality seems top of the line. Given the amount I paid and the buggy behaivior, I may rethink the next speaker I purchase. Sorry LG.

I am using 2 XBoom PL5 surround speakers for my LG 75' UN9070 tv and I am happy with it. want to upgrade sound with a soundbar. Which soundbar I can connect these PL5 speakers as my TV only support soundbar or PL5,not both at same time. Any brand is fine.

Hello, Ganesh_Varna. The Dual-Mode and Multi-Mode functions work only with LG speakers with a Dual-Mode or Multi-Mode button. We do not have any Soundbars that support these features or have dual-mode and multi-mode buttons, so the XBOOM Go PL5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Meridian Audio Technology cannot be connected to our Soundbars. We do not have information about other brands of speakers that will work with the PL5 and can only advise you about LG-branded soundbars...^Ivan.

Do any of your portable speakers allow using an SD or mini-SD card or a USB thumbdrive to play music from? If so, which ?

I don't see a port for that on my XBOOM PL5, but it's incredibly easy to pair with a Bluetooth device. Hope this helps.
