However, we specifically designed this case to be seamlessly compatible with the unique features of your exact device, so this is definitely surprising to hear. Does it feel like there's some space between the case's built-in screen protector and your device's screen? If so, please start by opening the charging port door on the bottom of your case, then place your device face down on your chest or thigh, and from there you can gently press the palm of your hand into the back of the case to release any built up air.If this doesn't do the trick, we'd be more than happy to troubleshoot things further and help find the best path forward for you. The included screen protector makes it incredibly difficult to type anything. I have to press the screen as if I want my thumbs to go through the screen to get the proper key to light up and be used communicating. Sounds is muffled and speakers are garbled. Don’t waste your money.

Bought this case in July 4th weekend had to buy another one in mid - August , I didn’t think I would have to pay for another one because it was under 3 months sad I had to pay 120$ again
