This case fits so snugly that you cannot lower or raise the volume. You cannot turn off the phone either. The attached screen protector fits slightly off the screen, therefore, you cannot get a good connection when using the keyboard.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I gave it 5 stars for how well it protects. I just wished that the clip holder case had an opening for the camera lens. Otherwise, I’m totally satisfied.

Case is sturdy and completely waterproof so if you’re looking for protection it has that. Unfortunately, being that it’s waterproof and sealed, all speakers a blocked/muffled so talking on the phone almost has to be in speaker mode and listening to music or watching videos the sound quality is awful

I recently picked one of these up due to the waterproof feature. My first call with speaker phone I thought I lost signal because the other person couldn’t hear me. Next day I was talking on the phone and put it on speaker, once again the other person couldn’t hear me. I called Otterbox and they said it’s a known issue. Solid case overall but I wish the speaker mic wasn’t blocked
