Really frustrated. I ordered internet and received this item and the controller. I did not receive any gift card in the item. I reached out to customer care 4 different times and they told me not their problem to call someone else. Feel like this isn’t the way to do business. I need it rectified. I didn’t even open the headset or controller because if i need to return I will. Internet is subpar and it may not be worth the hassle at this point.

how do you get ingame voice chat to work through remote play on the new Galaxy 23 ultra connected bluetooth to ckntroller and these headphones connected to controller? current 3.5mm headset cant voice chat but have game sounds/hear players but icant reply
