Unhappy charger . 2 months ago

It was taking several attempts to align the phone to even begin charging and slowly at that. Then the other day I finally aligned it and went back hours later only to find loss of charge on IPhone. So maybe it got knocked? Well next 2 attempts revealed that after aligning, it won’t charge at all. I’ve only had this for about 6 months. Waste of money. Since it doesn’t function as a charger it gets all low scores.
