First off my experience with verizon had been the least bit pleasant, down to ordering my new phones that were supposed to come with 2 200 dollar gift cards. It took me numerous phone calls to verizon support, where I was then told numerous lies for months before I actually finally received one of the 2. Now for my order with my internet. Verizon was offering a promo where if you got their highest quality internet, youd recieve a 200 dollar verizon gift card, as well as my Nintendo switch i picked for redemption. Fast forward today, I cannot even find my redemption for my switch, its as if it was a bold face lie to get you to get their internet which mine also didn't come with my wifi extender. Idk what is wrong with verizon but they've turned into a big joke over the years. They solely care about money and money only which I get to an extent. But the customer is what pays that money so why is the customer always screwed? Its like ive been on the phone more with verizon over the last 4 months since switching to them, than ive ever been on the phone with any cell or internet provider. Don't fall for the scams like I have

I did not get my switch that came with my subscription! Now I don’t see it in my deals which is wrong because I also don’t see my gift card there and was able to click and accept it. Why does it take 8-10wks to process? Your are massive corporation.There is no excuse for this lack of service and communication

Where is my Verizon GC and the Nintendo Switch I was supposed to receive at least a month ago. I've paid for three months now at least 210 each month. Now, I would like my Switch ànd Verizon Gift card I was supposed to receive. Plus, I pay $10 month for 100 GB of HOTSPOT, I didn't need the Internet to begin with.

Nintendo Switch was a free gift for switching to Verizon internet. I was very excited until I realized that it didn’t come with any games. The online portion is confusing, and I haven’t figured out how to purchase and download a game yet. All in all, this is the most expensive “free gift” I’ve ever received.
