This popsocket is functional and beautiful! However, the surface material scratches very easily. I've been using it for a couple weeks and there's already a lot of tiny surface scratches from setting it down or putting it in my pocket.

I get so many compliments on this design! I do love it but I don’t love how in some of the photos it shows metallic detail and others white. I would have preferred metallic and it was kind of a tease. I assume it got cost reduced and they didn’t update images.
I absolutely love the iridescent finish but it’s already starting to chip off with normal wear and tear. Kinda bummed about it, hence taking one star off.

Love the design, but disappointed that after only a few weeks, the center plastic that holds the floral popgrip to the phone has broken in half and causes it to separate from the rest of the pop socket

Steps for Removing a PopSockets MagSafe PopGrip Collapse the grip: If the PopGrip is expanded, push it down to its collapsed position to make it easier to remove. Find a thin, flat tool: Use a credit card, a thin piece of plastic, or dental floss. Gently wedge the tool: Carefully slide the tool under the magnetic ring to create a small gap between the ring and the phone or case. Pry and peel: Once you have a small gap, gently slide the tool around the edge of the magnetic ring to help break the magnetic seal. Lift off: The PopGrip should then lift off the device, separating the magnetic ring from the phone's MagSafe magnets. ~Joe M
