I actually NEVER received this item. I ordered for express pickup on 11-17. Typically this means you receive the pickup information within a few hours (and yes, this store was open that day). That didn't happen. I finally received that information on 11-22, at 10:26 a.m., clearly not express in any sense of the term. At 10:45 that same night, I received notice that the order was canceled. And then received 3 more cancelation emails the following day, within 3 minutes of each other. I ended up just ordering a different Samsung charger from Amazon that was delivered the next day and cost less than half of this one. Even this one was nearly half the price on Amazon. I'm not sure if this was a system issue or an issue with this specific store, but it was definitely a Verizon issue either way. I will also note that I reached out to customer service about this on the 18th and there were no answers they could give, as the store didn't pick up the phone. Their 2 suggestions where to either actually go into another location and avoid express pickup or ignore the pickup notification and order from Amazon.

Cons
Verizion doesn't sell 5A Samsung Charge Cord for this. I had to buy the Apple 240w cord to achieve SuperFast charging 2.0.
At least I was able to get my Samsung S24 Ultra to charge correctly at 45 watts @9000 mA per Ampure app.

The charger works quite well. The size was larger than I expected. It does take up a bit of space on the power strip but it's not a deal breaker.

Expensive per watt but like me you may find one deeply discounted on closeout as lighter GaN go mainstream. Genuine Trio's like those from Verizon weigh 150 g have the lightning bolt and other markings which distinguish them from fakes. Made in Vietnam. Wide compatibility. Hugs the tap of a standard extension cord nicely to make a mini desk station. Supports my 45 watt laptop and phone while staying cool and not heating devices. Noiseless. Super fast charging 2.0 of one S23U at up to ~35 watts. Full 65 watts out on C1 for laptops. The USB A port supports Samsung AFC/QC 2 at 5 v 9v but not QC3. Excellent port sharing, low idle current draw, a U.L. safety rating, build quality from a top tier maker and pro tear down reviews made it an easy choice for me. No incentives were received for posting this review.
