I've been a Samsung customer for a long time, and it always surprises me when they come out with a new, improved products. These new pro buds are an improvement on the old in so many ways. They're more snug, better sound, better controls, better functions. I'm in heaven! Thank you, Samsung! Thank you so much! You've made this old lady very happy!

I got this product on September 11-2024. I had few issues with it, but this morning November 22nd. The left side it will not charge is dead. I do not recommend this product. I own 2 sets of bose earphones, they are excellent. I had 2 pairs, no problems, I have them for a year and year a 1/2 the second one. Never had an issue with them. Somehow, Samsung buds3,pro. I had to many problems. I do not recommend they may sound great for the first month, but then they started going down. Is a waist of money.

Great on audio, tough on in-ear fit. Even changing out the adjustable cushions, it's not a perfect fit and I find myself having to adjust after about 10 minutes of use with light walking. Compared to prior gen, it's 5x better in audio and fit (especially).

These things are awsome! Perfect upgrade from the Buds 2 Pro's. They stay in your ears and the sound quality is awsome. The sound profiles are great and Voice Control is an extra added bonus. I was worried about how well the noise cancellation feature would work with this new designs but it's absolutely awesome and works flawlessly. Also, the fact that it has an Adaptive sound profile where it cancels out regular noise , but switches to Ambient sound when loud sounds like emergency Sirens are near you make them all the more better. Im glad I upgraded to them! Good job Samsung!
