I did buy it about a month ago, but it did not work. It kept falling out of my phone. So it was returned by salesperson at Verizon the same day I received it a week ago.

Why does the pen not activate all letters/numbers in screen keyboard with single tap. Misses 8, 9, 0, i, o, h, n, m, backspace. Takes 2 taps; i,o, j, k, l. Same positions on numbers & symbols also don't work. Using finger all work.

The accessory replacement you are looking at only docks into Galaxy Note 10/Note10+/Note10+ 5G. Verizon Wireless does not have any Samsung S Pens for the Galaxy Note9 (out of stock). However, Samsung currently does carry them.
