I purchased this case along with the phone. I received it less than 30 days ago. The front corner on the hinge side of the screen broke. Unfortunately for me, I started reading reviews after buying the case. If I had, I would have realized that this is a very common problem.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before purchasing this case! I only had the case for days before the same break happened to my case. I would take a picture of the broken piece; however, the other end of the broken piece broke off too! I spent more money on this silicone case than any other case I purchased for my other cell phones. I hope Samsung can send another case to me and then I will return the broken one as I too do not care to have my phone without a case and risk having my phone damaged while not having a case.

Horrible. I knew the front protector would be weak, and have specifically taken great care to treat it softly. But yesterday, it broke. I realize, due to the nature of the folding phone with screen on front, that protecting the front with a case/frame is difficult.... But Samsung should not be selling this. There is no way this should have made it into production.

2nd case went way of first

First case broke in same spot as all others have posted about. Finally got a replacement after a few texts and phone calls. Replacement lasted a bit more than a month. Broke in same spot. I am easy on my cases..never drop phone etc. Not sure why they are still selling this case. Now what am I suppose to do?

Case isn't worth the money and breaks itself

This case is worthless, had it less than a week and the section covering the top screen breaks by the hinge. It's not engineered well , this is what happens when you are the first to buy a new design case.

Loved this case until it cracked in the corner on the front cover. By looking at all the other reviews they all have cracked in the same place. I did not drop my phone, this was not caused by any drops!
