Purchased as a replacement to iPods Pro. Wanted to find an out of ear alternative and so far they are incredible. Great sound quality and much better for outdoor activities (walking, hiking, running, cross country). Appreciate ability to hear what’s around me while listening to music or doing calls. Also have had recurring ear infections which have gone away since switching. Will be interesting to see how long they last, but so far very happy with my purchase.

I have had four pairs of Shokz. I like new version "mostly". The fix of adding drivers to reduce bass vibration makes the sound a good quality, except for how I use them. In a loud environment I tend to insert earplugs to hear better, but in this instance with the new drivers that doesn't work. I also found the overall volume to be less than my previous version. I also preferred the old magnetic charging version over the new USB-C.

I love everything about them EXCEPT the battery life. They claim 12 hours battery life, I BARELY get 7. 5 hours out of a single charge before they die on me at work

I love the headphones but despite the fact we followed the sizing guidelines on the website, they were too big.
Make sure you go try a pair on somewhere before buying online!!!!
I contacted Customer Happiness to exchange and they said I had to return and repurchase. When I went to repurchase, I am now having to pay full price instead of the sale price I got before Christmas.

Don’t turn off even in case, have to manually turn off every time.
Don’t automatically sinc to my Bluetooth and have to manually connect every time
Using same button for turn on and Bluetooth and volume not a great idea at all.

They are very comfortable and they fit securely on my head. I love being able to hear what’s going on around me and also listen to high-quality sound music. I’m very surprised at how high the sound quality is and I’m very particular about this. It allows me to listen do music while exercising no matter where I am because I can also hear everyone around me and hold a conversation while the music is on! I would highly recommend. I had a pair that broke, but they have a 1 year warranty and Shokz replaced them with only a few questions.

I sought these particular headphones out as awareness of my surroundings is huge. There is nothing worse than someone who is, or pretends to be, oblivious to their surroundings. These headphones definitely allow me to enjoy listening to music again during workouts so I constantly don’t have to remove one earbud, or stop a workout to hear what someone is asking me. Although you lose really good bass quality with these, and I'm perfectly okay with that, you still do get really good sound quality.
With these Pro2 I do enjoy how you can select bone conduction, air conduction, or both simultaneously. The controls of the device are fairly intuitive with a little bit of a learning curve remaining for me if there are swiping functions that I am not currently aware of yet as I have had the music paused during jump roping or on runs and I'm not certain if I accidentally brushed my had along the device, or my hoodie might have causing this, but thankfully this has not happened often.
Lastly, I will give my overall praise for the fact that you easily could wear these all day and carry on conversations, watch tv, or any other activity where you may have to be able to hear some form of communication. The battery life as well, and one hour charging time, both are commendable pros for these headphones.
The first handful of times I wore the headphones, I did notice a bit of a rash on the areas it sat, despite wiping down the device between uses and being an overly clean person, but this no longer happened after the first week or so.
I will also say that I agree with purchasing the ‘mini’ version so that it will not affect you resting your head against a head rest, laying down with them on, or with wearing of a hoodie or balaclava for cold morning runs or skiing/snowboarding.

I loved my aftershokz and decided to upgrade. . . I love the sound quality and purchased one for my wife. She really likes it! The only thing I miss is the Power on/off announcement and the connected announcement.
