Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue: - Adjust any audio settings on your source device. - Move the speaker away from any potential sources of interference such as metal objects or other electronic devices. - Try a reset and factory reset on the speaker. To reset: Press the (power)/(BLUETOOTH) button and the (microphone off) button simultaneously while charging is in progress to reset the neckband speaker. https://helpguide.sony.net/speaker/srs-nb10/v1/en/contents/TP1000432524.html For the factory reset: Make sure the neckband speaker is turned off, and then press the (power)/(BLUETOOTH) button and the (play/call) button on the neckband speaker simultaneously for about 7 seconds.
