I purchased these a couple days ago because London Drugs had them on sale for 50% off.
I put them on according to the instructions and after 5 minutes, they hurt the top of my head.
I tried to take them back, but London Drugs does not accept returns on headphones. I guess I have a brand new pair that I can't use.

Our WH-CH720N has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect. We do have good information on how to wear the headband headphones correctly so it is comfortable and reasons why your ears may hurt when putting on or wearing headphones. with the name "sony" on it i expected more maybe.. not that loud, not noise cancelling. way cheaper headphones available than these. cant even return them without it costing me money for a product that isnt what it says. poor, very poor! i do not recommend these!

I bought this pair of headphones 3 weeks ago, and the only problem i had was the button between the volume buttons stopped working in the first week. Other than that, the headphones are amazing! The sound quality is immaculate, and it fits comfortably on my head. I love the headphone app that lets you customize the equalizer in the headphones.

I have been using these headphones for about 2 months now. the noise cancelling works wonderfully and the comfort is remarkable. The passthrough sound is hard to hear at times which almost makes them noise canceling all of the time but only a slight negative.

Your feedback about the ambient sound is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). Depending on the ambient condition and the type/volume of audio playback, the ambient sound may not be heard even when using the Ambient Sound Mode. If the headset is not worn properly, the Ambient Sound Mode may not work correctly. Wear the headset properly. Depending on the surrounding environment, wind noise may increase when the Ambient Sound Mode is turned on. In that case, change the Ambient Sound Mode settings from Normal mode to Voice mode using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. Hope this helps.
