It was working fine for about a year, then randomly stopped connecting. It turns on but won’t connect to Bluetooth. It was great to have although would connect at random times and when it connects the audio was horrible, so had to put the call on speaker then back to Bluetooth for clear audio.

It has been 10 days since the purchase…still I have no clue where the headphone is. There is a tracking number but it is useless. In addition, should there be any issue, You have 30 days to return the good or being charged with a restocking fee. If I received this headphone on day 31st, I would be hooked for good. This may be the last time I bought any item from the online store.

The WC100 has the best sound quality for a name brand low cost wireless earbuds. I purchased the WC100 after testing several other brands at various prices. I can have a phone conversation without repeating information over and over. The callers voice is clear when speaking soft or loud. Music sound quality is great.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I bought these headphones with a promotion of 10$ off… I still paid the regular price… disappointment… sent item with usps which doesn’t bring packages upstairs and don’t sign… put it in another mailbox without signature.. for me to end up paying for the item again. Never again accept a promotion from them

To connect your Sony WI-C100 Wireless In-ear Headphones, first, turn on the headset and your Bluetooth device. For the first-time pairing, the headset will automatically enter pairing mode. For subsequent pairings, press and hold the (power) button for about 5 seconds until the indicator flashes twice and you hear "Bluetooth pairing". On your device, enable Bluetooth, select "WI-C100" from the list of available devices, and complete the connection.
