I will be looking for service elsewhere. Having purchased the service plan at $19/month, when attempting to use it, was given a ‘trade’ not replacement and fixing the mistake cost another $300!!

This new case is replacing an Otter Box case. I find it still slips easily, not like the more rubberized case before. The looks are pretty and hoping it will keep my phone safe if I drop it, as was explained it would.
