Stopped working

I actually signed on to buy another one after mine suddenly stopped working. I am so glad I didn't rush in and buy a new one. There should be a refund available based on these reviews. Loved the fast charge but needs to last longer to be worth the price point.

I bought one of these and loved it till it broke in less than a year. Thinking it was probably my youngsters fault I bought another one and loved it until it also broke in less than a year. Sigh. Don't bother yall.

I use one in all my cars, they charge extremely fast. We wish our house chargers would work as good. I don't know how to use a hundred and fifty characters without stupid typing.

This charger has completely fired my port I do believe. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my phone until I started looking at the reviews here and now I know this is the culprit! I have a replacement on the way but I will skip buying another car charger such as this smh. Please do better Verizon!

Charger failed within 1 year of using it. It worked fine and charged rapidly at first, and then for a while i had to hold it in a certain position but now it won't connect at all. No abnormal use or abuse to the charger. Only charged my phone when it was in my phone mount.

We have hardly used this and now it doesn't work. If you want a small light then this is perfect for you but if you want to charge your phone be prepared to be frustrated

I too have this charger and it sucks! VERIZON PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OTHER CHARGER BEFORE THIS ONE WITH THE light and dual USB port please! A car charger is the last thing Verizon Customers need to stress about. Thank you in advance!

Broken after 5 months

After only 5 months, the charger no longer works. Verizon says I can bring it ot any store for a replacement. What a pain. I expect more from Verizon than to sell poor quality equipment.

I have a Moto Z2 Force and i have the battery pack for it as well. When I plug in the Moto mod to my Verizon car charger that I got in store, I noticed the white LED blinks on an off and it looks like the mod isn't charging correctly

Please take note that the warranty only covers for manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship, it does not cover defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of Verizon, including damage caused by shipping, blown fuses, spills of food or liquid. - Adam
