Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I used to have the Samsung LTE Extender. While I love it but Verizon decided to retire it so I had to get a replacement. I went to the store, while at the store, I called Verizon Service and got a free replacement. I got the Verizon LTE Extender for free. I went home and set it up, I pulled out the GPS cable from the back and taped it next to a window. I then called Verizon, gave them the MAC ID. Verizon activated it and now it is working like a charm and perfectly, just like my old Samsung device and even better as I have 5 bars constantly anywhere in the house. The key is to open the back compartment and pull out the GPS cable to extend the network to get better signal. This device works. Just need to set it up and call Verizon to activate it.

Verizon gave me this product for free years ago and it has never worked right. My calls are always garbled and my service winds up better when I just pull the plug on the thing and talk outside. This product is not worth anything but frustration when you pay nothing for it, so imagine how you'll feel if you actually pay for it.

I previously had Samsung one working perfect and you stop supporting them. This one not working with Spectrum router and not working with Verizon fios as well. Pls update your extender so we would able to use the phone as we should. If I can rated 0 I really would do this.

THIS NETWORK EXTENDER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. CALLS ARE COMPLETELY ROBOTIC AND GARGLED. THE SAMSUNG NETWORK EXTENDER YOU JUST DISCONTINUED AND KILLED DIDNT HAVE THIS ISSUE. FIX THIS NETWORK EXTENDER OR MAKE A NEW ONE THAT WORKS OR UNKILL THE SAMSUNG.

The quality of the signal during calls is horrible. Verizon sent this to me to replace the 4G extender since they are not supporting it any longer. The calls using this extender are not clear, voice is not clear about 80% of the time

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I upgraded to Optimum Fiber earlier this year. I live where there is a poor Verizon cell signal and my WiFi calling became terrible - lots of dropped calls, etc. I purchased this device and it works perfectly! Easy setup and I only had to unravel the antenna about 12 inches and keep everything in a broom closet several feet from a window. It picks up many satellites for a strong signal. Great product!

We have used extender for a year with no issues. The last 4 days callers can not hear me but i hear them clearly

My network extender 2 states not in service excessive alarms. I have tried to restart and that doesn’t clear the issue.
