I normally research my phone accessories, but bought a new phone and had pressure to protect it before I walked out the Verizon store door. This screen protector didn’t last long. It broke on the 1st drop of less than 2 feet. And now they charge $10 shipping to send my new “free” screen protector. Price paid $59.99 new. So not a deal. Going back to buy something else at amazon when it breaks again, which is almost guaranteed.
Defective right out of box but zagg charges to replace defective product

The pull tab that’s supposed to make it so easy to apply was loose in the box and not even attached to the adhesive cover. So when I tried to reattach it to the adhesive cover, it detached again partway through application when pulling the tab so the screen ended up crooked and several inches around the edge that didn’t adhere. I tried to get a warranty replacement but they charge an additional $10 to replace a product that was their defect to begin with. Why should I pay more to get what I already paid for to begin with? Total waste of money. I’ve never had so much trouble applying screen protectors on several of my older phones and iPads as I had with this product.

The setup is easy to do, the screen protector itself goes on nicely without and bubbles or air pockets

The second day the screen protector cracked. I attempted to get a replacement using the Zagg online replacement option. It gave an error every time. I finally got ahold of a Zagg customer service representative after 45 minutes on hold. They send a link to reorder the replacement as the website is broken ( but it doesn’t mention that online ). After paying the $10 shipping and handling fees, it looked like the replacement would be shipped. The next day I received an email that the order was cancelled. Again waiting on hold another 30 minutes to get that straightened out. Next day an email from Zagg that warranty was deactivated. It is a joke to get them to replace a screen protector I paid $50 for that should never have broken in the first place. Save your money a buy a $5 one off of Amazon.
