Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
All battery claims depend on network configuration and many other factors; actual results will vary. Subject: Disappointing Experience with Review and Customer Service I recently purchased aIphone 13 from Verizon and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my frustrations with both the glitchy phone and the subpar customer service that followed. Firstly, the phone has been consistently glitchy since the day of purchase. From freezing screens to unresponsive buttons, the user experience has been anything but smooth. I expected a certain level of quality from a brand like Verizon but this purchase has left me questioning the reliability of their products. To add to my disappointment, I contacted customer service to address the issue and was met with a lackluster response. The representative I spoke to seemed uninformed and uninterested in resolving the problem. They provided no clear solution and simply assured me that a return box would be sent promptly. However, it has been weeks, and I am yet to receive the promised return box. The delay in addressing the issue has only added to my frustration. A glitchy phone is inconvenient enough, but the lack of urgency and clear communication from customer service has made this experience particularly disheartening. I believe that a company's true measure is revealed in how they handle customer concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with Verizon has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. In the future, I hope Verizon can improve both the quality of their products and the effectiveness of their customer service. Purchasing from Verizon was a nightmare. They didn't tell me they required a signature and I was never avialable to take delivery.
