It's a decent little phone

The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.68 inches diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration; see apple.com/batteries for more information.
iPhone 14 Plus is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
Service is included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 model. Connection and response times vary based on location, site conditions, and other factors. See apple.com/iphone-14 or apple.com/iphone-14-pro for more information.

To be honest it’s an Apple phone and what I mean by that is we have been an exclusive Apple iPhone family for a number of years and have never had any issues or gripes with their phones. The color option was the selling point as it is for our high schooler who is into those type of things! Great phone and definitely would recommend it!

I am disappointed with the iPhone 14. I'm on Day 4 & still cannot text with Android users or automated texts from businesses. Data transfer from old phone to new phone was not seamless. I spent hours trying to make it work. Then after an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service, I was told to go to a local store. At least there was a store relatively nearby. Paid $29. for them to re-start my transfer. I then spent two days trying to get the 14 to interact with my Ring and other systems. Battery life is awful, even turning off as many extras as possible & closing tabs, the battery drain is no better than a 4 year old iPhone 11! Luckily, I have all the portable chargers from the old 11 because I'm going to need them. And like I said in the beginning, four days in and I still cannot text with Android users or automated texts from business. Zero stars would have been more appropriate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am rethinking my loyalty to iPhone.
