If I could give zeros start I would. Had phone for 10 months and now have a pink line that apparently grows in screen. This is a know issue with Pixel, they have extended the warranty to 3 years dc of this. HOWEVER they deny any any service to fix if you have the tiniest of cosmetic scratch. Horrible customer service. Don't buy. I'll never buy another Pixel. :(

I have always had Samsung galaxies and you can be sure I will buy one of them. In addition,the local Verizon shop tried to defraud me out of $ which they never sent to Verizon! I could say more,but there is nothing good about a Google phone or Verizon's " service"

I bought one of these new January 2025. I had problems right out of the box and it just got worse and worse. Then in August 2025 I called in because every day, multiple times, my phone would enter SOS mode and I would have to restart it (major problem because if I don't notice it soon enough, then I could miss an important phone call). So they sent me a refurbished one. Guess what? Problems right out of the box. Now here it is January of 2026 and it's even worse. It's doing it in the middle of calls, multiple times. So I just got off the phone with a super helpful tech agent through Verizon who said that it is a major, common problem with this model. Absolutely disgraceful.

I've had this phone for over a year now. I was shocked to read about the issues some are having below. Aside from Verizon's customer service, I have had no issues at all. The phone itself has been great. It takes THE BEST pictures by far of any phone I've compared it to. My friends always want me to take the group pics of our kids because they are so much better than everyone else's! Brighter and much more clear! I would definitely recommend it, especially if you take a lot of photos with your phone! Oh, and I love the pink!

Completely flawless if you are smart enough to run it

This phone has been fantastic. Haven't had an issue in over a year. Phone is blazing fast, new Gorilla Glass is indestructible, and photos are just ridiculous. Best smartphone I've ever owned going clear back to the Droid Eris (what a disaster THAT was!). A lot of cases are suspect at best.

Drops Calls

I've had this phone for a little over one year and it drops calls constantly. It doesn't matter if I have great reception or am on a WiFi call...the calls ALL drop within a few minutes. I use my phone for my job and this is unacceptable. I would never recommend this phone. Of course, I got talked into it by a Verizon rep and there was a deal....now I'm stuck with this garbage....

Congratulations! The Worst Phone Ever

Where do I even start? If I could give this phone a name, it would be Unreliable. This dumb phone has so many issues with it's own reception for 5G, Hotspot, and even connecting to your computer wireless or wired. Don't even get me started on the thumbprint scanner. They should give an award for how slow and inconsistent this garbage is. I don't care if they are on Google Pixel 30, I am never buying one again.

I've had this phone for 13 months. Still have multiple sparatic irritating issues. Tonight's issue was taking a photo of a document which would then turn 90 degrees. I tried a dozen times to take a picture and have it up right to read. I am so sick of the complexity of this phone. I am going to look into a new phone. I am hoing back to my old brand. This phone was 'free'. I made a mistake.

Incredibly buggy phone

Have always had good luck with the Pixel line of phones, until this one. For the first few months, the phone worked great. Issues started occurring after the first couple of updates. Those updates left the phone with screen flickering issues, which are widely known. It has also rendered the "charge to 80%" function no longer operable, also a widely known issue. Lastly, the design of the protruding camera lens starts to loosen over time. I've owned my phone for 14 months. It has always been in a UAG case, and still the camera lens housing became loose. This is because it is affixed using nothing more than tape. Google claims the issues have been solved with the latest update. I assure you they haven't. Many reviews online habe stated they've made Google aware these issues haven't been fixed but Google claims they have been fixed and there's nothing further they're interested in doing. This will most likely be my last Pixel phone.

Horrible Camera usability

I hate this phone. I got sucked into a great deal from Verizon to get this phone. The camera is horrible to use. It never focuses correctly. Forgot snapping a quick picture. It won't happen. Even after trying all the trouble shooting. I regret every day of owning this phone. It's usability with my Samsung watch is sub par. The best part of the phone is the size. Google nailed the sizing. I can't wait to find away out of this phone that won't cost a $1000.
