I use the phone all the time and yes I had some issues at the beginning, but the phone is now working quite reliably.
Before installing any apps I suggest updating the firmware to the latest version, this helps to make the phone more stable.
After installing each app, check if the app works, use the phone normally, see if any issues pop up, reboot the phone see if any issues crop up.
Make sure that no apps run the background, apps like Pandora run in the background even if you aren't using it, these tend to make the phone reboot at seemingly random times. You can look up how to prevent apps from running in the background on google.
After I prevented Pandora from running in the background the phone no longer reboots at seemingly random times.

I purchased this phone with visible just for mobile hotspot since it's unlimited and it was the cheapest phone they offered at $88. Upon receiving within two days, trying to get the Sims slot out was a major pain WITH using the Sims tray tool they sent with package. After finally getting the tray open, I realized really quick it's super flimsy and also really hard to get back in. I haven't had service for a full month yet and the phone is already not taking charge at all!. I got in contact with visible and since "I didn't take out insurance, there's nothing they can do'. Upon purchasing the phone, insurance was not an option to pick from. There's better phones at this price and some are even cheaper. DONT waste your time with this one. The saying is using "you get what you paid for" I expected more out of a phone that almost costed $100 when I've had $30 phones last me longer and were better quality overall.

I picked up this phone on Thursday after my previous Verizon Motorola UW Ace screen stopped working suddenly. This was all my husband could afford and one of 2 phones still available in a local store. He paid $60 all in with the taxes
I'm usually one to find things I like about phones even cheap ones. But this phone is just awful!
The only upside about the joy orbic for me is it does allow me to stream calls/sound to my hearing aids so it is hearing aid compatible and the screen is a decent size.i find smaller phones hard to type on with a disability so usually opt for a bigger screen if possible.
Constantly freezes up mid use even just googling it sits stuck for a good 2-3 minutes before you can do anything or close the offending app that froze the screen this happened within 2 hours of setting it up. Charge is abysmal for a new phone even with basic use you have to charge at least twice day usually new phones I can wait a good 30+ hours before it need a charge . Second issue other phones will allow you to still use the phone while charging without affecting the charging cycle, this orbic no such luck. The battery will DRAIN while even charging If you even use the phone for anything. While not in use It takes 6+ hours to fully charge even just sat charging on a counter it isn't quick at all ,I always use the cable supplied to make sure it doesn't create charge issues usually the phones cable allows them to rapidly charge 2-3 hours the joy orbic doesn't do this.if you try a generic cable it takes double so 12+ hours
My husband borrowed it for a quick sat nav while charging on Sunday and even said what the heck is up with this it's barely even charging it's loosing battery life on the charger guess can't use this on longer sat nav needed drives because it won't even charge mid use!.
Front camera is mediocre and grainy takes horrendous selfies they were so grainy and fuzzy at the same time despite being a brand new phone even checked lense was as clean, back camera is Ok at best. The back camera is Ok for say just regular photos but if need to zoom or get a closer look it goes from clear to loosing a lot of finer detail.
Overall not a phone I'd recommend I've had many cheaper low end phones without these issues present within 24 hours of opening
This one is on a don't buy unless you only plan to text or call type plans and not for those who use their phones more than just a call or text phone buy something else as it's charge/charging is very unreliable and you'll be left with a dead battery untill you can get home if you need to use sat nav for whatever reason.
To look at most would go oh nice phone, because it's the standard black larger screen but with physical use the issues so show up continuously.

I got the phone not even a week got it all working activated and 3 days ago it the screen froze up I got it through visible not able to do anything they said they can't replace it but if I want my money back return 14 days. I liked the phone it's pretty basic now I'm stuck with something that don't work I'm back on my old phone it blows

This is a reduced price phone with reliability at the lower end of the spectrum.
These phones with seize function during use and standby also, which angers me the most. The battery must be charged daily, with general internet usage.

BUYER BEWARE - Phone does not work!

I can't really comment on the features of this phone as I was only able to use it for about 1 week before I made the fatal flaw of turning it off and back on again. Now, it won't work as it constantly shuts itself off and turns on in safe mode with the only option being factory data reset. But even that doesn't fix it's issues as it keeps doing this. Why not just return it since this phone is obviously a lemon? Because then I'd be subject to the $50 restocking fee. On a $49 phone. So Verizon sells non-functioning products and then assesses customers a fee when their products don't work. BUYER BEWARE!!
