Device was easy to setup love how far Samsung has came. Return back to android after having a iPhone for 5years I miss how everything is not so locked down and behind a paid wall. Camera is much much better than the iPhone at night

Don't Buy Pre-Owned Without Insurance

The phone works great, and even exceeds expectations in terms of photography potential. When ordering certified pre-owned, however, the device was delivered with a small crack (10-12mm) in the top-left quadrant of the screen, which I must now repair myself since I don't pay for phone insurance.

Poor quality

Samsung phones have a design flaw the the sticky glue that is meant to hold the back panel in place and water proof fails after 1 year of use . The battery is not the issue as its still like it was from the factory . The issue is the cheapest glue that Samsung is using to hold the back panel in place unlikely to by a samsung phone if samsung is just going to use this flawed glue I suggest that samsung find a better way to keep the back panel in place and water proof or atless a way better glue that the current glue used to hold the back panel in place

I have preferred Samsung products for quite some time, but the only thing I like about this phone is the larger screen. Speed and performance are no improvement over my previous 5 year old S8, the touchscreen is inconsistent, (seldom responds on the first touch, but sometimes reacts to a finger hovering that hasn't actually touched it) and the battery won't make it through a busy day. Device health checks require opening each individual app to clear cache, but if you are running chrome, you will never get to an acceptable level of stored data under this program. One last issue is the installation of new apps every time there is a software update. As I am writing this review, the cursor doesn't want to be moved and is the autocorrect is rejecting properly spelled words, offering to replace them with misspelled words. What a piece of junk!

I hate this phone with a passion, and have from Day ONE! Verizon would not take it back. I wanted an iPhone from the start but the trade-in they allowed was impractical. It's too big, Samsung features don't work half the time, and VZN reps give different explanations as to the cause, as they have been quite inept.
