I got mine in September. Right out of the box, it has an overheating problem. Everything makes it hot, youtube, games, even browsing Facebook. Verizon support tried sending me to repair centers that were too far away, and then tried to charge me 49$ to send a replacement when i refused to drive two hours to another state. Avoid this one.

Everything looks good on the website yet find it's lesser than that one had prior.. Find a fair enough case was a challenge that took me to validate the use of an non Corporate store due nothing was available for the phone 📱 online.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had an extremely difficult time getting my S23 and when it came it did work and I had trouble getting my second line for my brother. I went back into the store and they gave me a S24 for myself and my brother.

I love the phone. But it took longer than usual to receive it. Either Verizon or Fedex(the shipper) neglected to put a suite # on package label so they were not allowed to deliver package to the address I submitted. I gave Verizon a suite # but it did not appwar on the shipping label.

So I bought two samsung galaxy s23 phones, one for both my mom and I. My phone works great, but unfortunately hers does not. It glitches, freezes, and needs to be replaced for her. I have gone to a few different locations to try and have it replaced, but the folks at Verizon say there is nothing wrong with it. Well, my mother uses it daily and she would be the one to know. Ideally it would be nice to get her a replacement so she doesn't have to deal with the glitches. She's 61, and already has a hard time managing a phone, but one with glitches makes things a lot worse. I would rather pay the monthly bill on something that works than something that doesn't. If Verizon expects people to pay $$$ for these phones, than they should replace one that has defects.
