Yes, I'd recommend this product.

After six years with the Samsung S9 and over three years of no software updates, an upgrade was overdue for security at the very least. The Snapdragon processing speed of the S25 is leaps and bounds over the S9's, running 5G in the wild and 6E at home. I do miss the edge display and rear-mounted health sensor on the S9, which probably will force me get a Samsung watch or equivalent for what I had as standard feature in the old phone. For the most part though, it is a positive upgrade.

I like the new phone! It is a little smaller than my old one and I like this better. It is easier to hold in my hand and to put in a pocket or purse. Though it is the same brand - Samsung Galaxy - I found several things are different or done differently than my old galaxy phone. I just had to learn how to do them.

3 stars you upgraded what people do not care about wonderful! Ai I can wait to ignore it. Same problems as always 5 percent battery need the flashlight to find charger to bad just turn up the brightness on your screen and use that, just kidding that times out in 10 seconds you are at 5 percent battery you have no rights to your property. How has this problem not been fixed in the last 3 models? I hate leaving reviews but here I am also the speakers are a down grade form the 23 model. Louder but now they echo so the person you are talking to can here you. As if the most important part of a cellphone is not calling

I recommend people to try base models like s25 because recently I upgraded from s21 so I see the big gap between these phones and I'm very impressed with the new hardware and progress. But I won't suggest people to upgrade every year like for what? Just to show off? Unless ur performative person I guess.

On January 17, 2026 I walked into a Verizon store to select my "free phone" for which I paid $165 since I was slightly upgrading. The one I wanted was not at the store. The salesperson said she would order it and it would be delivered in 3-5 days, and I would have to sign for it. I told the salesperson that I work far away and could not be at home to accept and sign for delivery, so they arranged for the phone to be delivered to the store. It turns out that the phone was on backorder, but for some reason the salesperson did not know this. Two and half weeks later, the phone was finally on the way. But then UPS tracking showed that the phone was being sent back to some town in Texas, because the delivery address was not complete. I talked to the store and was told that as soon as the phone reaches Texas, they will have the order canceled, then re-do the order, and overnight the phone to me. However, that was not the case. Now they want me to come physically back into the store and pay another $165, yet the first $165 is still paid. And they cannot do overnight shipping. And they insist that I will be credited back the first $165. This whole ordeal has been a real hassle. Additionally, whenever I call the store, if they do not answer right away, I get forwarded to the Verizon call center who more often than not, gives me information that contradicts what the store is saying. So, I give the phone 0 stars, because here I sit, out $165, being asked to pay another $165, and I still do not have a phone. And the fact that you are asking me to rate a phone that you should know I do not have is ridiculous, and really calls into question your entire logistics operation. I will add that the only reason I ordered a phone is because I have no desire to own the ones they have in the store; the Samsung Plus and Ultras are too big. So read the room Verizon and Samsung. Get your act together and realize that 1) we want a phone that fits into our back pocket or into a small handbag, 2) the call center should not make deals and transactions that my local store cannot uphold or cancel, 3) if a shipping address is incorrect, use one of your giant Ultra phones to call UPS and correct the address rather than canceling an order, and 4) do not ask customers to rate phones that you have yet to deliver on.
