I am so disappointed and angry with this phone camera. I finally upgraded my ultra 20 to an ultra 25 in December. What the hell happened Samsung?! PLEASE FIX THE CAMERA! PLEASE! Lighting is so bad. Quality is horrible. It looks so pixelated and over processed. I can't zoom in. It looks like a painting. I use my camera everyday! I make content, I'm the family's photographer. THIS IS HORRIBLE! I will be including photos I took of myself with my ultra 25 and my kids Galaxy 25. Taken secs after and unedited. Samsung! Please fix this issue! I tried settings. I tried raw photos. Nothing is working!

The stupidest thing that Samsung could've done is remove the Bluetooth feature from the SPen. As a content creator, that's the sole reason I buy the Ultra. Will be replacing.

Purchased my S25 Ultra directly from Samsung, best price at the purchase moment, prices change frequently. 3 week wait to get it. Not great. 2 week after set up. Phone was working great THEN randomly LOCKED it would not except my pass word. I had finger print, pattern and an 8 digit security code set up. When you set up the digit code the instructions are very clear. You MUST REMEMBER THE CODE so save it to a safe place. I did and was extremely careful to record the password exactly as it was entered. The phone would not take it. Google back up recovery was no help, Samsung Account was no help both kept sending 6 digit security codes via text to the locked phone even though i had email set up as well it kept defaulting to text. I tried everything for 3 days each time i would try to enter my password it would fail and extend the time period between tries the last one being 8 hrs. Samsung customer service was NO HELP they wanted me to take the phone to a Samsung Certified Repair Shop the closest one being 3 hrs away from me. My ONLY OPTION LEFT was to di a factory reset. I lost a few hundred business contacts, all photos both business and personal and all other business and personal files etc. Turns out this is not uncommon with new S Series phones.

I currently have the samsung FE21, It gets hot often. Especially when I am doing Lyft/uber and have my bluetooth on. Or if I am charging my phone and playing a game it gets very hot. Does this new modle do that? If so, I am going to switch to the IPhone
