Dear Verizon Customer Service, I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Verizon in resolving an issue with my cell phone screen. As a long-standing customer of 32 years with an impeccable payment record, not to mention 4 phone lines and 2 watches. I expected better treatment and prompt resolution to my problem. On February 5th, 2024, my phone screen got so bad, Galaxy Z Flip3 5G –. That I was having trouble making phone calls and writing text messages. I contacted Verizon customer service to seek assistance and find a resolution. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of frustrating encounters and a complete runaround from your representatives. Each time I called, I was transferred from one department to another, forced to repeat my issue and provide personal information multiple times. This lack of coronation and effective communication among your representatives was highly unprofessional and time-consuming. Furthermore, I was consistently given conflicting information regarding the warranty coverage for my device. Some representatives informed me that the issue would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, while others stated that I would need to purchase an additional protection plan or pay for the repair out of pocket. This inconsistent and contradictory advice only added to my frustration and confusion. Despite multiple attempts in person at the store and at a third-party repair center that I was told to go to; to resolve the issue, I have not received any satisfactory solution or meaningful progress towards repairing or replacing my malfunctioning device. We all know is a manufacturing defect and the class action lawsuit is proof of that. This has caused significant inconvenience in both my personal and professional life, as I heavily rely on my cell phone for communication and work-related tasks. Moreover, the delay in resolving this matter has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I trust that Verizon, as a reputable company, values its customers and is committed to resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

Was told these are good for 1 million folds. NOT. EVEN. CLOSE

Wife and I believed the salesman that said these had been tested to 1 million folds, so we bought 1 each as we like the form it folds down too. Wifes lasted nearly 2 years before the screen failed, mine lasted 2 years, 8 months. We are still paying them off and we've both had to buy used off ebay to replace them. Never again Samsung.

I've been a Samsung fan since day 1 of owning a phone. I thought I'd like this because the screen would be protected and it would fit in my pocket. I have to say those benefits do not outweigh the terrible battery life or the backside of the phone being fragile. The camera doesn't seem to work as well as other phones I've had. I really think I downgraded when I got this phone. I can't wait to trade it in for something better.

Easy to use, and really compact, but don't get fooled

I loved the phone for the 1st year then the screen started popping off. The charge 120 to fix it because I didn't get insurance. It was supposed to be a trade in when I gave them a new Iphone. But what they didn't tell me is I still had to pay for it over 2 years.

So before I begin, I've had this phone since Feb. 2022 to currently today, being Jan 2024. With that's said... -Overall Durability: Its still in one piece and no cracks, and I keep dropping it daily(and I mean DAILY) due to me getting up from my chair and it's still in my lap, falling from the latter to hardwood floor. This happens so many times so it's a tough phone and great for klutzes like me. -Screen Durability: Of course the one thing people fear about ANY of these Z phones is 'the crease in the middle wear it folds'. In my experience after 2 years with this phone I felt a crease after a year, but didnt actually notice/see the crease itself until last month, and to be honest, it isn't awful. Things that help or prolong these things are screen protectors which nowadays aren't hard to find and very affordable. Design: just like the flip phones of 20 years ago, because of its flip ability it fits so nicely in your pocket and can barely notice its there sometimes. The hardest thing about it is finding cases for these phones to be honest. It's whole "take pictures and watch videos while it's halfway flipped(in an L position)" is neat but barely used due to never having the need to do that, but when you do it does serve as a nice self prop up when your arms or hands get tired. The screen on the outside (or the screen when it's completely flipped) can be useful to check on the time and has a few widgets you can add like weather and for me, you pause or skip music that I'm playing. All in all it's a very nice phone with little to no complaints. I gave it a 4 out of 5 only because as I said earlier, the whole cool flip it halfway to do special things with the camera or media is seldom used and honestly is just a HUGE plus for pocket space compared to the giant phones that are getting pumped out today.
