Fresh out of the box I've had issues with the screen. The phone won't allow me to select certain things - towards the left side of the screen. I can't do much with it. Also why is Google trying to force voice assistant with this one? I've denied it so many times and it continues to pop up out of no where.

it wont activate your freaking signal is way too low at my home, I wasted my time and money ordering it.and now I have to pay for a useless phone for a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very good phone though l bought it as a second but the battery is still strong and considering the price l bought it for lam very happy, actually l hit a jackpot. At first l was sceptical because of the name it was my first time hearing about TCL, lam used to popular brands like Samsung, Iphone or Huawei but lam glad l bought it, very very good phone.

This phone is behind. Updates are minimal, faulty operation. I've heard similar from others with TCL phones. Complete scam. I am so very very disappointed with Verizon selling these paper weights. Cant return mine now, too late. Gas for their yacht. Stay away please.

While it lasted, it was decent .. for the price. One year in the phone just died, crashed. Screen went black and never came back on. I had hope for better. My mistake.

Sorry about that. It might be that the battery is not charged. Check the charger cable and connector to see if there is any debris obstructing the connection. Also, if the battery is completely drained, allow the battery to be charged for 10-15 minutes before the charging icon indicator appears on the screen. To turn on the phone, you may need to press and hold the power button longer until it turns on. If you are setting up your phone for the first time, this is a Google Android smartphone that will need updates to have the best performance and it is important to have these updates. To get the updates, connect your phone to the internet via Wi-Fi or allow the updates via cellular data, and then allow the updates to take place. There may be system updates, Google Play Store updates and Google Play Services updates available for new phone setup. Hello. Sorry to hear that. We haven't heard much about this problem, but if the problem persist, the device do have a one-year limited warranty. In the meantime, please do check for system updates. Also, Google Android do provide background update for the Play Services and apps, which could occur periodically. While we don't know exactly whether background activity affect your activity or not, please let us know if you are having persistent problem. One of the worst phones on the market, each day was a different update, usually updates happen in the span of 1-2 days..this phone is a week at a time, so waiting for these updates was painful as most features werent available completely until you updated. After this last update the phone has been having spotty bluetooth, and spotty phone calls like the service isnt working but i have full bars. hands down worst phone that has ever been in my hand, I cant even stand the interface and trying to map around it.

The operating system on this phone is Android and the apps on your phone can get updates via the Google Play Store. Depending on the apps that you have, you may receive the updates periodically to keep the apps performing well. The updates should not be affecting your Bluetooth connection or phone calls. However, sometime there are electronic interferences from your surroundings. Bluetooth connection also depends on your Bluetooth accessory. A newer BT 5.0 version accessory would be better than BT 4.2, giving you a better range. Hope this helps. - Kevin.
