Fios TV One

The Fios TV One system works using a "hub-and-spoke" setup:

• The Hub (Fios TV One): This is your main Video Media Server. It acts as the primary base station for your home.
• The Spokes (Fios TV One Mini): These are smaller, compact boxes that connect your other TVs to the main server. Even though they are smaller, they give you full box functionality.

• Connect the Minis with a traditional wire or use a completely wireless connection.
• Speak right into your remote to find your favorite shows.
• Watch crisp 4K HDR content.

You can connect up to 10 total boxes on a single Fios TV One account, depending on your home's setup:

• 1 main Fios TV One server can power up to 4 Minis.
• If you need more than 5 total boxes in your home, we will automatically provide you with a second Fios TV One server to support the extra screens.

Connect and activate Fios TV using the guided self-install tool in My Verizon:

• Sign in and access the tool from the dashboard.
• Activating Fios TV may take up to 20 minutes.

For the very best picture quality on your HD TV, Your Fios TV or Mini will automatically tune to the available HD version of a channel. If you wish to tune to the available standard definition version instead, this default setting can be changed by accessing: Menu > Settings > System > Television > Auto Tune to HD Channels and selecting Off.
