Fios On Demand y paga por ver (PPV)

Si conoces el canal por donde se verá el evento PPV, 

• navigate to that channel and select Watch to order the event
  • Canal 1001 HD
  • Canal 1000 SD

Para buscar un evento con tu control remoto, oprime:

• Menu > Pay Per View > Upcoming Special Events, Shows or Search
  • Sigue las indicaciones en pantalla para obtener más información acerca del evento PPV y para solicitar tu pedido.

Note: You can only view the content in the format that it was ordered, either HD or SD.

Para usar Fios On Demand con tu control remoto Fios:

• Oprimir  On Demand button, then use the arrow keys to navigate the categories, or
• Menu > On Demand > follow the onscreen prompts

To use Fios On Demand online go to Watch Fios TV and log into your account to access this feature.

Note: Rented content that you select is only available to view for 48 hours from the time you initiate the selection. Si hay un cargo para ver el contenido, se cobrará a tu cuenta. Si vuelves a elegir el contenido después de vencido del periodo inicial de 48 horas, te volverán a cobrar.

Si no puedes ver On Demand o hacer un pedido de PPV:

• intenta reiniciar tu equipo

Si no funciona, puede haber varios motivos por los cuales tienes este problema.

• Parent Controls: If Parental Controls are enabled, enter your PIN to view or purchase the program.
• Credit Limit or Fraud Block: Verizon restricts additional rentals when credit limits are reached or a fraud block is placed on the account. When this happens contact the Usage Verification Center at 866.266.3424.
• You may not subscribe to the premium package that you are trying to view: To subscribe to that premium package simply follow the onscreen prompts and add it for a nominal monthly fee.

Si pediste por error un evento en SD en lugar de HD (o viceversa), puedes corregir tu pedido si sigues las instrucciones correspondientes a continuación:

• On Demand, you will need to call 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966) to correct your On Demand order
• Pay Per View, to cancel and reorder the program, either change the video format (SD/HD) or view date (Live/Replay). Antes de que comience el programa, cancela el pedido y cambia el formato al oprimir:
  • Menu > Pay-Per-View > Scheduled Purchases > select the event you want to cancel and press OK > Cancel Purchase > Yes to confirm, then place your order in the correct format

Note: After the PPV event begins, cancellations are not allowed.
