However, if you are using an app that enables calls or messaging over the internet, we recommend checking with the app provider for specific requirements. Garbage device after two years. battery swelled up and separated seams 6 months before pay off. Kept indoors and in cover from day one. No help from Verizon on final bill, but allowed me to disconnect service. No help from tech service. Tcl said no warranty. Do not buy this item thru Verizon. Avoid their store all together. Shop Amazon.

Best Tablet if you don't have WIFI

This is the 2nd TCL TAB Pro 5G that I now have. Great! When my old one died I was Sad cuz I Loved it so I needed to get the same one to replace it. The Camera for my pet photos is important and Tablet is very user friendly for apps that I need. It is the perfect tablet for Me an elder lady who just doesn't want anything to Fancy. Just a good basic tablet that Does work well for me!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It is great EXCEPT for the voice, that has come on twice and my wife has no clue how it was activated and I had NO idea how to turn it off......it would be better if it was never put in the Pro 5G.....couldn't shut her OFF....Had to take it in to the store to shut her up❗

Hello. It's just a TalkBack enabled feature. If both up and down volume is pressed, the TalkBack menu is prompted, and then you can select the off to disable it. - Kevin.

If you are experiencing excessive heat, we recommend that you stop using it and let it cool down. If you are charging the device, we recommend that you don't use it while it is charging. TCL Tab pro is stuck in airplane mode and touch screen is not working properly. Any suggestions as to how I may be able to turn off airplane mode and how I can get touch screen to respond to touch again?
