It was not good. The phone was never shipped, I had to buy the S25 Ultra, at a higher price because I was not given a different option. I was not contacted pro-actively to be informed of the issue with the phone.

Upgrader beware

Its a big change from a Motorola, in many ways backwards. A week into it and now my alarms don't work, I am unable to turn off automatic updates (that don't fully restart the phone), I can't fully turn off many notifications, and the update on 9/8 completely changed how things worked. But it has a good battery life and a great looking screen.

Needs case and glass protection

I haven't been able to use the phone just yet as I ordered a case and screen protector. It has not arrived and the order status has no update. The first order was canceled without any reason (not at my request). What I can say is it looks sleek, much larger than anything Ive had before. It is awkward to hold. Upon receipt, it needed 12-13 software updates that took nearly a whole day to install. I powered it off when the night was over so Im almost positive it has more coming. There were apps preinstalled that I dont use. I deleted ones I could but some are required which use the phone's available space. Glad I went with the 512GB. Available cases at Verizon and Samsung are very limited. I also learned that this glass isnt always available should the phone get damaged.

Have no idea how this unit works. Need to go back to your store to get instructions, however, you cannot call them to make an appointment. You get this AI idiot that most of the time does not understand what you are asking for. This is the most stupid thing Verizon has ever done. I have tried to call the local number to get an appt. and still get the same idiot as if you call the 800 #. When we have time, we will go in and wait for someone to see us to get information.
